All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (₪) and are subject to change without notice. Payment methods are agreed upon individually through WhatsApp.
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for production before your item is shipped. Total delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping is handled by third-party courier services. DADON Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the package has been handed over.
We want you to love your piece. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp.
For hygiene and health reasons, all earring sales are final. Customized or engraved pieces are unique to you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
All pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
Gold-plated items are eligible for one complimentary re-plating service within the warranty period. Subsequent re-plating is available for a service fee.
All content on this website — including images, design, text, and branding — is the property of DADON Jewelry. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
DADON Jewelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the price paid for the item in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
